The aim of CAL is solving world problems using Cardano technologies and opportunies, which many people are yet to realize. It was formed in November 2022 by Nana Safo, Kaelo lentso, Richmond Oppong and Bernard Sibanda in South Africa after being funded by Cardano Catalyst.

We exist to provide mentorship in the Cardano blockchain technology, making it accessible to graduate students, developers and corporate companies while building a global transparent community.

CAL mentors graduate students about the Cardano blockchain technology through their Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities and inspires them to find their talent and own it either as disrupter(s), entrepreneur(s), investor(s), and team member(s) as far as web3 development is concerned.

The challenge(Grow Africa, Grow Cardano) aims to solve lack of knowledge about Cardano and also to eliminate African problems of limited education, poverty and unemployment.

Cardano is beyond the cryptocurrency ADA. It is the first and largest global funder for innovations of real value.

Our main objective is not to talk but do. We bring a live working environment be it virtual to South African IT professionals. In so doing we expand their skills and knowledge from web2 to web3. In so doing, we help South Africa and Africa develop high end needed IT skills by inducting these graduates in Cardano ecosystem development and other opportunities.

This venture also gives Cardano a strong competitive opportunity not only in South Africa but in Africa and rest of the world as her developer and technical base is expanded.
